PURCHASE PROCEDURE
a) The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.
b) You can continue with the purchase or view it using the "order details" option. This option shows the reference of the selected item and the corresponding price with taxes and shipping costs, if applicable.
c) Once the purchase has been confirmed using the "process order" or "finalize" option, the payment method can be selected using PayPal or the credit or debit cards indicated. Other payment methods will not be accepted.
d) The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and facilitate your purchase. Remember that personal data must be indicated accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the purchased item(s).
e) Once the order form has been completed, it must be confirmed by clicking on "confirm order".
f) For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided is correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, we use secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this regard, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the corresponding financial institution.
For payment by credit card, we only accept CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol, which is distinguished by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode logos. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the bank that issued the credit card, which will request that you authorize the transaction using a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be carried out if the bank that issued the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.< /br> As a complementary measure to the "Secure payment" system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud over the Internet, we reserve the right to verify the personal data supplied by the client and to adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data that appear in the order.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, an email will be sent with a description of the order, the personal data that has been provided and the order number, which guarantees that the purchase has been made correctly. g) If, at the time of placing the order, our warehouse detects that there is no stock of any of the products included in the order, we will try to locate it. If this is not possible, the customer will be informed immediately. In addition, the amount of the charged item will be paid within a maximum period of thirty days.
TRANSPORT
The items purchased will be transported via a courier company and will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days.
To avoid delivery problems (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to correctly fill out the corresponding form and to fill in the box for the contact telephone number.
The customs costs of shipments outside the peninsula will be assumed by the recipient of the product.
RETURNS
All returns must be made in their original packaging.

After receiving and checking the product, the refund will be processed in the same way that it was paid. The return by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt will be paid by the customer and in no case will returns made with postage due be accepted. When an order is placed that exceeds the minimum for free shipping, in the event that you decide to return the order for a reason that is not justified, such as a defect or manufacturing problem with the item, you will be charged the shipping costs (3.95 euros) which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.
